Are your products edible?

Unfortunately not. None of the items we use are edible.

Am I able to purchase shoes not available in the store?

To find out if we are able to make shoes not available in the store, please email us detailed information of the shoes you are interested in and we will let you know if available and the process on ordering them.

Can I provide my own shoe?

Yes of course! If you already have a shoe that you would like to see one of our designs on, send us a email and we will inform you of the process.

Do you have child sizes?

At this time we currently don't have any child sizes but if you would like a design in kids' size email us. We are currently working on a shoe line for kids so they will be available soon.

What is your Return Policy?

If your shoes do not fit, you can return or exchange them. 

You can return your shoes within 30 days from the date it's shipped.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

1. Please include a copy of your packing slip and note the new size or reason for return.

What is the price for shipping?

International shipping ranges from $20-$60 depending on the weight of the product and your location.

Domestic ranges from as little as $6-$20 depending on weight and your location.

How long does it take before I receive my order?

It takes up to 5-6 weeks plus shipping time. (Shipping times may vary from 2 -15 days)

International Shipping

If shipping internationally, be prepared for extra fees and delays

For International orders we recommend that you contact your customs official and/or local post office prior to purchase to determine if there will be any additional import fees or other restrictions placed on your merchandise. Our international shipping charges do not include country's duty, tax or custom fees. 

We will not falsely report on an item's value to help you avoid these fees.
